The type of director we are seeking should have the following (proven) abilities:
- Minimum of 5 years experience within a senior sales role
- Track record of developing a small to medium size business
- Excellent understanding of the Internet
- Samples of both winning and maintaining key clients
We recognise that a great sales director will not necessarily have the knowledge of Internet Marketing which will be required, and we are willing to speak to candidates from outside this market place.
