With branches in London, Newcastle, Leeds, Sheffield and Milton Keynes they were keen to take their business further online. Having recognised the potential with regards to the number of online searches for construction work, Linear had a website in place but were not tapping into the large streams of browsing public (and trade customers).
Working closely with Linear Recruitment, iM3 have detailed a major project for both clinical, ethical SEO and social media / networking marketing. Alongside the SEO and Social SEO, there is also a news distribution campaign in place to raise brand awareness. The target market for the bulk of the optimisation is construction recruitment.
Because Linear Recruitment find staff for many different positions, there is massive potential to use the database of skills to target job seekers.
